WHY DO WE WANT TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data in order to:

  • to enable you to contact us via forms
  • to provide you with a more secure service, to detect robocalls, fraud and abuse, and to take measurements to allow us to create better, more tailored services for you.

TO WHOM IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED?

Data shall only be shared with external parties within the limits of the law. Data will not be forwarded to external parties.

LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the rules in force:

– in part (a) on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (the data subject has given his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes)

– in part (b) on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child)

We process your personal data for the time it takes to achieve the stated purpose or until you withdraw your consent.

In accordance with the RODO, you have:

(a) the right to access your data and to receive a copy of it;
(b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;
(c) the right to erasure of your personal data;
(d) the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data;
e) if you consider that we have in any way violated the rules on the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The Service performs functions to obtain information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

INFORMATION IN FORMS.

  • The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
  • In addition, the service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  • The data in the form are not made available to third parties other than with the user’s consent.
  • The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to contact us.
