Objective
The aim of the training is to prepare participants to work as RPA Developers both in companies that deal with the robotization of business processes and in organizations that have their own RPA competence centers. After the training, each participant will receive a certificate along with a detailed training program.

We offer 6 training days (stationary) in the form of workshops for a group of approximately 8 people. We assume that the people selected as future developers already have general knowledge about process robotization:

RPA AND PROCESS IN THE ORGANIZATION
What is RPA – a short introduction.
From idea to algorithm – how to look for potentials.
Analytical tools – support in robotization analyses.
The role of analysis in RPA projects – without good analysis, there are no good algorithms.

Day
IMPLEMENTATIONS AND PROJECTS
RPA projects – an overview of project management methodologies.
Stages and roles in RPA projects – how to build a team.
Design documentation – templates.
Best practices – the role of the knowledge base in projects.
3.
Day
UIPATH TOOLS AND INTRODUCTION TO PROGRAMMING
UiPath Studio vs UiPath Studio X – introduction and comparison of tools.
Orchestrator – overview of the most important functions.
Good programming practices.
Create simple flows.

Day
PROGRAMMING I
Sample process prepared by the Participant
Homework.

PROGRAMMING II
Moderately complicated process prepared by the client.
Homework.

Maintaining created algorithms.
The role of technical documentation in RPA projects.

Experienced RPA Developer with many years of experience in streamlining and automating business processes. Her knowledge of RPA and the UiPath program was gained while implementing many projects for clients such as Kruk, Lear and Merito Universities. Agnieszka specializes in the robotization of business processes on the UIPath and OCR Abbyy Flexi Capture platforms.
