Purpose of the Academy

From process to robot
The aim of the workshops is to build awareness of the processes in the organization. During the simulation game, workshop participants learn why it is worth optimizing processes, where to start and what possibilities are offered by today’s technology (RPA, Microsoft365). Workshops are a good start on the path to process automation. We build awareness among participants that process automation is a step in the right direction, we show real examples of how robots work and what “cooperation” with them looks like. Our workshops provide the foundation for digital transformation and change in the organization

Academy program
The training is a one-day workshop that gives people motivation to act and is the perfect beginning of the digital revolution. The session lasts 6 – 8 hours depending on the number of participants (minimum group is 8 people)
